FLAGSTAFF ASTROS
The Flagstaff Astros Boys & Girls Lacrosse Program is bringing fun, inclusive, rec-first lacrosse to Northern Arizona. As a program of Northern Arizona Youth Lacrosse and in alignment with USA Lacrosse, we are committed to building opportunities for local kids to learn the game, grow as athletes, and be part of something exciting right here in Flagstaff!
We are currently building our teams for our inaugural Fall 2026 season and look forward to welcoming boys and girls who want to play, learn, and be part of a positive team environment. Whether your child is brand new to lacrosse or ready to keep developing their skills, our goal is to create a program that is fun, supportive, community-driven, and accessible to families in the Flagstaff area.
As our program grows, we anticipate to participate in the Arizona Youth Lacrosse League (Boys) and the Arizona Girls Youth Lacrosse League (Girls) as well as develop competitive High School programming.
FALL 2026 DEVELOPMENTAL SEASON INFO
Who: Boys and Girls grades K-12
What: Flagstaff Astros Recreational Lacrosse Teams (inaugural season will be developmental, co-ed, and divided by experience levels if/when possible)
Where: Practices at Foxglenn Park Flagstaff, Arizona with 1-2 Saturday/Sunday play days in Flagstaff/Sedona/Prescott
When: Every Thursday from September 3rd through the last week of October 2026 (and additional play days TBA)
Cost: $50 for the season (plus a $35 annual USA Lacrosse membership is required to register)
Requirements: Every participant must have a current USA Lacrosse membership in order to participate
Equipment: All equipment will be provided. If participants have their own equipment, they are encouraged to bring/use it!
In addition to our fall season, we anticipate that our 2027 Spring Season will run April-May and 2027 Summer Season is anticipated from June-July so if your athlete is unable to participate in the fall season, please check back for more lacrosse opportunities!
